A 300g square jar of fragrant and delicious raw runny honey. Made from the nectar of wildflowers in and around Sparsholt, Hampshire. Every jar will vary in colour and viscosity. Honey should be kept in a warm dark place to avoid crystallization. Pure honey will naturally crystalise with time and can be gently warmed in a water bath to turn runny again.
